A briefing is requested. We learn the pressure you are under: a desk, a ledger, a reputation. If the work is not ours, we say so early.

Discernment

We examine constraints, permissions, and the true decision the software must serve. Scope is written in language a principal can sign without translation.

Composition

Design and engineering proceed together. Interfaces, data, and controls are finished to the same standard. Nothing is demonstrated that cannot be operated.

Stewardship

After delivery we remain, quietly. Markets change their habits; instruments should be tuned, not abandoned to a slide.
