Descriptions of Atlas, Aether, and Lumen are descriptions of technology and of a manner of work. They are not promises of performance, profit, or suitability.

Intellectual property

The name Silkflow, the instrument names, the writing, and the visual design of this website are owned by the house or used under permission. You may not copy them for a competing service or imply a partnership that does not exist. You may share links.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, probe the site for vulnerabilities without a written invitation, or submit information you have no right to share. Correspondence should be professional and may be retained as a business record.

Liability

The website is provided as a source of information. It may be updated or interrupted. To the extent the law allows, Silkflow excludes liability for loss arising only from use of the website. A software engagement, if one is agreed, will be governed by its own written terms. These website terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of that region have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the website, subject to any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
